There is a large gap between a crew that cuts grass and a company that maintains a property. The first shows up, mows, blows and leaves. The second is responsible for how the whole landscape looks every week of the year: the turf, the beds, the foliage, the edges and the details.
We are the second, and we are deliberately not the first. Our maintenance clients are people who have invested in their landscape, often one we designed, built and lit, and who want it held at the standard it was installed to rather than slowly declining between visits.
It is an annual agreement because that is the only way property care works. Turf, beds and foliage are on a twelve-month cycle in this climate, and the results come from consistency, not from calling someone when it has already got away from you.

Is this just mowing?
No, and that is the point. The annual programme covers mowing and edging, but also fertilisation timed to the season, pest and disease control, mulch, palm and shrub pruning, irrigation checks and the lighting system if we installed it. A mowing service cuts grass; this keeps a property looking the way it did the day it finished.
How often do you come?
Weekly through the growing season and fortnightly through the cooler months, with the seasonal work timed to when it actually helps rather than spread evenly across the year.
Do you take on properties you did not install?
Yes, though we walk it first. We keep the programme deliberately small so the same two people are on the same properties, which is only possible if we are honest about how many we can take.
